Rachel Shaw

Rachel works closely with the team at 1on1 Financial on client communications and client service. Her responsibilities are wide-ranging and include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with seminars and educational events. Given her extensive background in customer service, Rachel is the go-to person in the office for serving clients and supporting team members.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two children and staying active, whether through fitness or travel.
