Mia Medina is Chief Operating Officer and a Financial Planner at 1on1 Financial, where she has built a career spanning more than two decades. Having grown within the organization from client-service roles into executive leadership, Mia brings a unique perspective to leading the firm—combining a deep understanding of the client experience with an operations-focused approach to building a strong, scalable organization.

As COO, Mia is focused on creating the systems, processes, and team structure that support both exceptional client service and the firm’s continued growth. She has a passion for developing people, solving complex problems, strengthening operations, and turning ideas into processes that teams can successfully execute. At the heart of her leadership philosophy is the belief that when the right people, processes, and systems are in place, teams are empowered to do their best work and clients receive an exceptional experience.

Mia holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. She is continuing her professional education toward the ChFC® designation and CFP® certification.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys traveling, music, staying active, and spending time with her husband and son. An animal lover, she also values giving back and is passionate about advocacy and raising awareness for brain tumors and childhood cancers.
