Client Service Associate  

We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and adaptable to work in a fast paced,  high volume professional financial planning office. Role involves assisting  multiple financial advisors with administering all aspects of client accounts.  This includes frequent, extensive contact with each and every client. 

This is an administrative position, not a sales position. Our focus is client service excellence. Currently the position is part-time, in an office setting. This position is ideal for someone  looking to grow within the industry and move to a full-time employee. 

Understanding the financial services industry is preferred for this position but not a  requirement. 

Candidate must be professional, friendly, outgoing, positive, and a detailed oriented  individual. Having a good sense of humor is also a benefit. Must take the job seriously and  take responsibility and ownership of the role. 

Our office has a ‘work hard, play hard mentality’. 

Duties include: 

  • Taking client service requests and corresponding with clients professionally over the phone or in person.
  • Documenting every interaction with clients in CRM
  • Starting appropriate workflow/task process based on client request Communicating with investment firms and diligent follow up on account transfers. Communicating with other Advisors in the firm and their clients as needed

Job Skills and Requirements: 

  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Extremely comfortable with MAC IOS
  • Knowledge of account types (IRA,Roth IRA,401K,Trust,Individual) Experience in writing outgoing correspondence for a business
  • Proactive, self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, muti-tasker
  • Must demonstrate willingness to learn and follow systems and processes Must have a smart phone and reliable transportation

Additional preferred qualities: 

  • Banking/Financial Industry experience
  • Familiarity with CRM Wealthbox
  • Familiarity with DocuSign (paperwork creation)

Clear credit and background history is required. 

Compensation is negotiable based on prior experience. 

Currently offering 16-24 hours weekly, with high probability of becoming a full-time position. Office operates Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm and is closed on weekends and major  holidays.
