Our in office technology
Our data is securely backed up on multiple hard drives, both at our office and a remote location. Our firewall and security is always current to keep up against the Malware and virus threats all of us deal with.
Our emails are monitored and secure. All client data sent via email is sent via a secure site for your retrieval. I know it’s annoying, but it’s for your own data security.
Our ability to service you is only as good in this day and age as our workstations allow us to retrieve data from the internet. We have a program in place where everyone’s workstation is replaced at set intervals to make sure we’re running at top speed.
We have redundant internet access. If one provider goes down, we have another standing by waiting 24/7.
The bottom line is that we recognize information is what drives our ability to help you, our client, in a timely manner. We are committed to making sure our hardware and software allow us to do so, quickly and efficiently.
